Appreciation of service at vacuum store.

My daughter Rhonda Norman and I would like to publicly applaud and say thank you to Richard Venus, owner of AA Vacuum & Allergy World, for his top-notch service and generosity to his customers. Venus knows the true meaning of customer service. My daughter and I have been been taking our vacuums for cleanings and service at Venus's shop for years, and he almost always throws in an attachment or a pack of bags, or some other item.

He truly knows the importance of keeping the customers happy and coming back. Elyria can be proud of this businessman and his devotion to his customers. Thanks to Venus, we will definitely be repeat customers from now on.

I would like to thank you for your patience and understanding in helping us select a new vacuum. My husband and I have been to many stores in our quest for a new vacuum.

We found at your store a friendly atmosphere as well as a good selection. You took your time and answered our many questions, in this day and age a lost art at many chain stores.

We've owned many brands including Kirby generation three, but nothing has ever done a better job than our new Panasonic platinum plus. Our carpet looks new and to our surprise much softer now.
