Shipping Method:

Ships by USPS and UPS. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

Exchange Policy:

We realize that sometimes wrong parts get ordered. If you ever have a question about whether a certain part fits your vacuum, please call or open a chat with us. We will gladly exchange any product within our 15 day return policy, however you must pay for shipping charges. Please just include a small note in your return explaining what you would like to exchange for. You may include your model number so we can make sure you get the right item.

Our Refund Policy:

Any product may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided it is in a saleable condition in the the original sealed package. Please call 1-877-643-7519 for a Return Authorization Number. If your product qualified for free shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount of your refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Should you recieve the incorrect item beacuse of our mistake, please contact us immediately at 1-877-643-7519 so that we may arrange for free return shipping.

If a refund is requested, we will issue a credit on the credit card that you used to purchase the product. If you paid with a cashiers check, money order, or personal check, we will issue a company check as a refund. It may take up to 10 days before your refund is applied. No Refund will be issued until the product has been returned.

Cancellations of Orders:

We ship most orders within hours of receiving them. If you need to cancel an order, please pick up the phone and call us rather then sending an email, as by the time your email is read the order may have already been shipped.

Damaged Package:

If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, so that we may make a claim with the shipper for the damaged package. We do request that you notify us of the damage within 5 days of delivery to ensure that we may be reimbursed for the damage caused by the shipper.

HOW TO RETURN:

Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return.

1. Send the item in its original packaging.
2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
3. Include a copy of the packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip.
4. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send it via certified mail. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
